I am interested in buying a mixed-use property in Carroll Gardens/Gowanus, especially near 4th Avenue subway or 4th and 9th on F. I am looking for 1-2 apts. and a storefront. Ideally a yard would be nice, but hey, a girl can't have everything. I'm a single female, age 41, great credit, $ in the bank, and pre-approved through Bank of New York. I am looking for a building where I can open an arts crafts studio/retail/cafe for kids and adults.
