Come toast to Fidel's health, or not, your preference! Tinkerbell, BARC's yorkie diva, was found in McCarren Park stuffed in a box with her front paws cut off. She's made a miraculous recovery and is ready to host her first BARC Shelter fundraiser at the Mojito Loco Restaurant and Bar! Join us for a cool Mojito, some fantastic raffles and help shelter animals at the same time!
