Who/what were you for Halloween?

That's great! What a good idea. I was a can of sparks, complete with a sarcastic government warning label on the back(will probably take down photo soon as I am camera shy):
edit: link broken, will post soon.
It was well-recieved and very cumbersome to wear. -
I went trick-or-treating for margaritas, but was just dressed as my normal Flexichick self.
-
My boyfriend and I did a sort-of-BDSM nun and priest thing. We had a blast.

How did he get the magic marker off his neck? And did you go pregnant or no? -

that's hilarious
I went subtle, with a head wound.
I did Dead Trucker makeup on my SO - an armadillo got stuck under the brakes of her rig and she crashed off a bridge.
The Tallahatchee Bridge.
She had been underwater for awhile, so I did nice iridescent greenish white skin in addition to the bruising . . . ewwwwwwwww
The funniest thing I saw on 7th Ave was a guy in a beehive and a tutu-bikini fat suit. I wanted that costume baaaaad.
The kids in animal plushie onesies were endlessly adorable too . . . -

I used felt-tip eyeliner to do his neck tattoo, and navy eyeliner pencil for the hand. I couldn't really do anything about my own actual unLauraBennettlike tatt...

Awesome!

I don't know what those two people look like in real life (PR contestants?), but I like the fake tattoos. You guys look good.
-
I dressed up as a heartless slumlord. I handed little kids and their parents eviction notices. Pino's and Smiling refused o give me free slices.

BRILLIANT! A friend and I were talking about going at Tim Gunn or Jeffrey or something, but never could've pulled it off like you two did. Bravo! (no pun intended!) I miss the show too.
I went as a Lego-man. -
How did you manage that?

very creative! =D>

Top Chef SUX! -
I got sucked into the first season of Top Chef because I had a passing acquaintance with Lee Anne Wong from when I worked at the FCI for a time. But this season ... I watched the first two episodes, but I can't be bothered watching it this evening. Eh.

Laura,
BTW, you guys looked fantastic. I've gotta show my wife that. Really, really great! -
Gosh, thanks. The pictures are a bit disappointing because flash always washes me (and my makeup) out - my bf said I looked much more like Laura B in person (it was freaking him out, actually ...).
-
Back to Top Chef Season 1, I do like Harold (who won). And I loved Dave.
But back to Halloween, I want to hear about more costumes!!! -
Great job, Laura!
-
Thanks!
Did I mention that I made the dress yesterday afternoon? I could just hear Tim telling me I had two hours to finish and get myself into the TRESemme and L'Oreal hair and makeup. -

and lego dude - hilarious.
I, sadly, was on a plane to Detroit for Halloween. thankfully, in first class. but yeah. suburban Detroit doesn't seem to celebrate Halloween. -
Suburban Detroit where?

Novi. Hip, happening Novi.

Hey, it's kind of cool actually seeing real people behind the names! I'm always afraid I'll end up on the internet transposed in some freaky way. Thanks for sharing the pix. I'm so bummed I didn't get to do anything for Halloween. Boo.
-
Boo indeed!
I definitely didn't see as many fab costumes this year. I guess having Halloween on a Tuesday didn't work so well for some people. -
So, who are those people? Project Runway? Top Chef? I don't watch either show, but want to see what they look like in real life.
-
Project Runway.
-
Ha! Well done!

I was the cleaning maid literally lol. i was at my building cleaning out the cellar for my tenants to store stuff and clean my new office. spent all night cleaning. the contractors just finish it during holloween
