Air Hockey aftermath

ALL MUST KNEEL BEFORE CARNIVORE!
Herrick has been defeated!
Actually, I think pensodyssey won the most games. But that won't stop me from gloating!

Eh, you got here first, so your story can stand. I think pensodyssey may still have been the most fearsome player.
Me? I said I sucked, and I did. So I get points for consistency, as well as being a crappy referee. -

pensodyssey won more games against me, but I beat him last. I think our continued alcohol consumption favored me over time, as the possessor of the superior liver. 8)

I lost every game I played -- except 1 which was a draw. What I lacked in skill, I made up for in aggro viciousness.
-
I can barely type due to a knuckle-busting incident involving 2 air hockey pucks and pensodyssey.
-
Just a few more months of training and my paddle-blister will turn into a callus. Then I'll be ready to take on Carnivore in a doulel-puck match.
-
Why was everyone so friggin' late? This is why there's crime in the neighborhood. Can we do another one? I had to leave at 9 because I was double booked.
-
I was thinking "box (private room) karaoke" would be fun, but there's no place around here to do it. Then I thought we could rent a space or at least get an underutilized bar to host it (that "Jazz Up On Over" or whatever it's called right there on Flatbush near Kings Pharmacy?)

Oh my. Where to start.
Yes, carnivore 'won' our last match. He had lost EVERY OTHER MATCH WE PLAYED (ca. 5), and the one that he won, well, he was up 6-1 (the games are played to 7) and only won 7-6 AFTER the game had been interrupted by the expiration of the half hour, thus killing my momentum. Coincidence? I think not.
And as for the alcohol consumption... I seem to recall hammering a pint of Jim Beam pretty enthusiastically after Carnivore switched to what might have been a beer in a brown bag... but was probably O'Doul's.
But hey, I'm willing to concede the title this time. Next time no quarter shall be given! -

I concede all of your points, except the O'Doul's. :x
There's only one way to settle this...

Bring it!
If we were to make this a drinking game, would you say a shot per game or a shot per goal? -
Did my nemesis ever show up by the way?

Hmm... I'd say down an 8 oz. beer per goal, like beer pong. We can get those little bud pounders.
I wonder if Brownstone would let us play beer pong, come to think of it. Not like there's much supervision in there... -
Whatever you guys play next time, I think I am going to bring goggles. Possibly some sort of groin protection, too. I had no idea air hockey could be so...violent.

Nope he was totally scared off. That bank story was just a cover.

Jeesh! I'm like the 500th post and I just got here at 5pm!
Sure sure carnivore gloat all ya want. You only beat me one game. And that was the wimpy version! Not the MANLY 2 puck version.
We'll meet again Highlander!

Miss Vickers is now a second level fighter, having destroyed a King Orc in the Caves of Chaos with nothing more than a pair of leather boots and a smile... and a +1 Lucern hammer.
Howdy, Stranger!
