Need reliable man w/ van for 11/17 move

Moving from Park Slope to Sunnyside Queens. Looking for a reliable, prof, man with a van (with a reference or two so I know it's not a serial killer with a van).

It's not a huge move at all. Basically 1.5 room worth of stuff, from a basement level to a two level house. Tried "Sven" but he's out of town that day. Any recommendations (post reply, i'll be checking)? Thanks so much!

I just can't bring myself to spend $500 to move a bed, boxes, a file cabinet and a chair.
