I think i'm gonna be forever tormented by keyspan.

Today i got a letter from some collection agency for my bills in prospect heights. saying i owe key span xxxx amount of dollars for one of my accounts.

at the same time i got a refund check for keyspan for my other accounts for the same building.

the one that owe them. shouldn't of happen to begin with. i told them to send all my bills to my parents address(current residence).

they did send almost all the bills i had with them there.

also i never gotten the bills in the new building at all(the missed ones)

i'm like "i never got the bills. and how come no bills were sent." and they were like "we never got that address in our computers."

I'm like "well how come all the other bills come this so and so address".

they were like "i probably didn't tell them about this address."

by now i don't care. I know they mess up, i just want to pay them and have it not hurt my credit report.

history of problems with keyspan:

never showed up for days to install meters. like a weeks worth of work.

input all the wrong meter numbers to the wrong accounts to the wrong apts.

install the wrong size pipe into my building and had to shut off all the gas to put in new pipe.

miss whole bunch of turn on days that shut off they turn off. so i miss more work.

and tons of other minor things blah they suck donkey balls.
