Handyman Recommendations around Cobble Hill?

I'm looking for a "jack of all trades/no job too small" type handman for our brownstone in Cobble Hill. I'm hesitant to just choose someone off of Craig's List with no recommendations. Minor repairs to our place and tenant's apartment. Please - if anyone has anyone to recommend, contact me at [email protected].
