mysterious briefcase and back pack left at my building

a mysterious briefcase and back pack were left on top of the garbage bins and on my basement stair case. wasn't any of my tenants. i almost thought about calling the cops.

than i remember the park slope things. don't want folks to panic and think they're bombs. for same reason i wanted to call cops get the guys or guy arrested for placing suspicious packages on my property.

should i still call the cops :P? and go find the time and hr on my camera system to see who they are.

its long gone into dumpster via my dads work since this morning.

I'm thinking probably some homeless guy left them.
