These are thier customer service hours:
Monday-Thursday6:30 AM to 1 AM

I thought they did deliver to 11216? A friend on Mad near Classon orders from them. Different zip, maybe?

There was some discussion of Fresh Direct awhile ago. If people go here: http://www.freshdirect.com/site_access/site_access.jsp and inquire about 11216; they will most likely take note of the number of inquires.

I've been trying for years to get them to deliver to 11213...but they really don't care! I did however try the order on line and pick up routine...it works pretty well. At least it saves time shopping and standing in line!

Try Foodtown on Fulton Street they might not have the selection that Fresh Direct has but when I have used them the food has always been fresh, they deliver on time and when they are out of something they work with you.
