Above the dry cleaners at Vanderbilt Park ...

What would you do with that space?

While walking to the B this morning I came up with a short list of things that could be done with it:

1. a bookstore
2. a gallery
3. break it up into artist studios (no clue what the lighting is like in there, though)

it doesn't look like it'd work for anything food related, like a restaurant or bakery, but, again, haven't seen the inside.

anybody know what the rent is supposed to be there?

  • I think a gallery/event space would be a fun thing to have there. But that's because I'm a pseudohipster and it'd be fun to do things close to my house.
  • An exercise studio
    Bookstore
    PHARMACY

Those are the first three I can think of off the top of my head...
  • Curves on Vanderbilt
    Meat Vents R Us
    CWA (Coffee With Attitude)
  • "Meat Vents R Us"
  • A Boxing/Dance/Yoga Studio
  • A decent record store (i.e. sells used vinyl).
    A massage parlor.
    Nail Gazaasam II.

I'd like to see a boxing venue called Prospect Fights.

Or maybe a fabric store called Vanderquilt.
