seeking room to rent (small day office use)

Hi; I run a small street marketing company(mostly promoting theater, ballet, etc..). Need a small room to base operations.
I am hoping to find a small room in an office building, or even split of existing work spaces.
I am open to the idea of using a room in an apartment share(if you are cool with it. I usually work with 2 others, and as small start up we wont be there all day and usually in business hours anyway).
I plan to set up one desk with computer/internet access. And a shelf to hold flyers and such. A simple operation.
Budget wise I am hoping to go no higher than 500, pending the situation.
Key areas I am seeking are Dumbo, Fort Greene and Park Slope, and Carroll Gardens.
Open to Brooklyn Heights, Cobble, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, West Williamsburg Boreum...
