Left Behind...Have you bought at 92 Conselyea (the Casa)?

Have you bought at 92 Conselyea? Many of you may know that the Casa, comprised of three buildings is a Scarano building. Two of the three have received their final C of Os and people have moved in. Those in the 92 Conselyea building are left to wonder if and when they will get to move in.

I'm one of those buyers and I can't get ANY information from Apts and Lofts, from the sponsors attorney, or from the city. How am I supposed to make an informed decision about the property that I have had money invested in for over two years????
