i'm looking for a studio with a decent kitchen for under $1250/mo in brooklyn from Dec 1 or 15
any of these places would do: fort greene, park slope, carrol gardens, boerum, cobble hill.
i have a small, tidy cat. prefer stairs and high floors. close proximity to any train but the g or jmz. & for good measure: i'm a quiet, responsible person.

any leads would be greatly appreciated - i need to move!
