Help! Studio Space Needed ASAP!

I'm posting this for my wife, who is without internet access at the moment...

Anyway, what she is is a 32 year old painter who is mature, responsible and very cool.

What she needs is an art/painting studio/space/room that's nearby (i,e: anywhere from Crown Heights to Gowanus, something within cycling distance), is available for somewhere around $400/month or so, etc...

Got a room? Know of a space? Got even the vaguest of leads? We're hoping to find somewhere quickly, as she just vacated her place at Bergen Street Studios and needs to get into a new space ASAP, as she's in the middle of several projects and needs some space away from home to work in! The problem is... this is a hard quest, so we look to you, oh all-knowing DH afficianados! Please help us!
