Anyone see anything coming down or blowing around of interest?

Saw part of the NEW construction fence (on the demo site on 23rd St./6th Ave. have), a 8 ft. section, launch in the air and hit a parked car. 311 are you home?

Made a complaint. FYI, they have demo permits, sure they will start next week.
