Best Pizza Delivery in the Area?
Okay, why I'm asking this is this review by hey momma

which got me thinking that besides Graziella's, which has good pizza, where else do people order from?
I ordered from Luigi's due to the fact that I was lazy and I had the menu and was terribly disappointed.
So give me some good pizza delivery places as I wait for Smoke Joint to get their delivery set up...

I order from Little Louie's
It's nothing special but I think it's the best regular NY pizza along Myrtle Ave in Clinton Hill. I used to order from the place on the corner, Liberty Pizza, but it was so plain and not NY-tasting.
Little Louie's isn't gourmet by any stretch, but I sure do love their sausage pizza. -
Best in the area, not Brooklyn, we always thought was Not Ray's on Fulton and S. Portland, but I moved out in 2004, so I don't know any longer.
Luigi's USED to be awesome, but went south in the late 90's (yes, I lived there a longtime
) -
Don't know the name of it, but I've been to the spot on Washington and Fulton a few times. It's certainly nothing fancy, but the pizza's good and the guys in there are friendly.

Pipitone's on DeKalb near LIU is quite good.
-
Not Ray's is still pretty good (if you like a thin crunchy crust). Luigi's (or is it Mario's?); the one on DeKalb and Washington is better than the other location at DeKalb and Clermont to me. But yeah, they both used to be great back in the day (slices after school!)

Little Louie's pizza for sure! I'm a NYer born and raised, and when I moved to the CH, I had to find good pizza. I've found it in Little Louie's. As another poster said -- not gourmet -- but who needs gourmet pizza?
-
Haven't ordered from LL's, but I think Not Ray's is pretty good, and Pipitone is decent.
-
Where is Little Louie's? On Myrtle? I don't think I've seen it. After tasting the garbage that Luigi's (aka Door to Door Pizzeria) and Ganni's make, I gave up on finding a good slice in these parts.

360 Myrtle Avenue
Between Carlton Avenue & Adelphi Street
I hope you like it! -
I think the one on Myrtle (and Hall) is called Liberty Pizza. Haven't eaten there in years but it's always busy.
-
Thanks Sara! Gonna try it out before the new year.

I really don't like Liberty Pizza and I've eaten there a number of times. It's certainly edible, but it's not that good for NY pizza.
Two blocks away on Dekalb (bet St. James and Washington) is a small little hole in the wall pizza place that's much better, IMHO. -
Liberty's not good. The whole in the way next to Mike's isn't bad. I've also eaten at the hole in the way next to Black Iris that was okay. Niether is good enough for me to order a pie from when I'm at home.
I'll give Little Louie's a try.
(Reviews are now extended to include home delivery!) -
I am easy--Not Ray's or Ganni's works for me.
-
None of them are even in the same league as Graziellas, but if I need delivery I go with Not Rays. I find most of the rest of them truly horrible, although I did have a decent Not Rays-level pie from Little Louies once (but several bad ones from there as well) -ask for it "well done".
Please somebody open up a good pizzeria that delivers!!!
