Fort Greene Apt. Help

I'm a student looking for a studio apartment. I was just wondering if my budget of $1000 and less is even realistic to live in Fort Greene. Anybody with any info please let me know. Thanks.

  • Hi soulrebel. Are you a college or grad student? You might find a small studio (your best bet is subletting), but you'll go above that amount easy to pay for utilities and other fees IMO. You might be better off finding a roommate and doing a share. Good luck!
  • From what I could tell during my recent search, you're going to have a hell of a time finding a place for that price in Fort Greene. Even Clinton Hill might be a challenge. But if you have to wait for the right place, are flexible on move-in date and have time to devote to research, you just might get lucky.

Hope you find what you're looking for!
