This is an endorsement of AVT Engineering for home inspection. We brought him in for $500 to inspect a house in East NY. Joe Pasaturo was very informative and patient with us. While Joe doesn't tell you whether or not to purchase, he gives you what you need, a sense of what you're getting into. Joe eventually got us to a point where we were able to see that the house we were considering was not a bargain given the work that would need to be performed.
