SPACE NEEDED FOR COOK LEARN EVENT

My company All About Brooklyn, Inc Concierge & Events will be hosting a Pre-Valentine’s Day hands on Cook & Learn Event. This event will be lead by a gourmet chef – graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute. We’re in search of an individual willing to "share" their kitchen and dining area for this unique event. In return, you will receive:
• 10% of the collected Event fees
• 1 Free cooking class - valued at $75
• 4 Free hours of selected services from All About Brooklyn, Inc – valued at $180

DATE & TIME
• Saturday February 3, 2007 OR Sunday February 4, 2007
• Between 3pm and 8pm – This time frame will accommodate pre-event prep time, the event itself and cleanup.

LOCATION AND KITCHEN/DINING SPACE
• Must be in Brooklyn
• Area large enough to accommodate 12 individuals for prepping, cooking lesson and sit-down dinner.
• A central location easily reached by public transportation.
• Ideal locations: Kensington, Ditmas Park, Fort Greene, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Clinton Hills, Cobble Hill, DUMBO, Boerum Hill or any other downtown Brooklyn neighborhood.

All About Brooklyn, Inc will be providing Cooking Utensils, Dinnerware and Place Settings.
