My nanny is wonderful -- responsible, reliable, ridiculously clean. And she's looking for a no fee studio to rent in Brooklyn. Here's the rub -- $700/mth is her limit. She'd be a terrific tenant, though. She has great refs, including us as well as a former landlord. Please respond if you know of anything in a safe area. Thanks in advance!
