Doggie Daycare?

My SO and I are considering becoming dog owners...but before we do, I wanted to investigate Daycare options for our (thus-far hypothetical) puppy. He and I both work during the day and were hoping that we could find a good Daycare solution for a couple of days a week.

Any ideas/suggestions? I know there's a place in Cobble Hill, but am unsure about FtGreene/Prospect Heights...

Brooklyn Dog House
it's on Douglass (I think...) between 3rd and 4th Aves in Gowanus/Slope, but they pick up and deliver www.brooklyndoghouse.com
I've never used them as a regular thing, but the dogs seem happy enough when I've gone there. It's basically two large pens, one for little dogs, one for big dogs.

There's another place in Red Hook that people seem to like . . . it was discussed in a thread about boarding dogs overnight . . .
they also have a van to pick up and deliver.

Have you started shopping on http://www.petfinder.com ? Great place to make an adoption, since they consolidate the listings of many groups. You plug in the breed/age/gender/location you're looking for, doggie match-making!

We're sort of in the "window shopping" stage now...I think maybe next winter, we'll have ourselves sorted well enough to actually get him/her.

Good to know that there are a few different options...I'll make notes and investigate when we're a bit further along in our process.
