I like D'Mai Urban Spa on 5th avenue and Degraw. I'm a part-time Escort and several of my clients pay me in D'Mai gift certificates.

I'm reviving this one because my feet have become hooves and I want someone who will pull out the big guns. No widdle bitty files--I'm talking razors, sandblasters, and heavy duty treatment. Hooves, I'm telling you. Does anyone know of a place that will razor those callouses or do I have to go to Brighton Beach for that?

I go to Bloomie Nails (23rd and 7th in Manhattan) or Pilo Arts on 3rd Ave and 84th Street (in Brooklyn). Both places make my feet feel like butter (and that is pretty hard to do with rocks . Bloomie Nails is more like a walk in place and Pilo you have to make an appointment with. The one thing Pilo has over Bloomie is their chairs are soooooo comfortable.

The best place , by far, is Element on 5th Ave. It's like being on a different planet. I think the cross street is St. Mark's.
