Vigil at Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn

as the 3000th U.S. Soldier Dies in Iraq

Come together with us in sorrow and anger to mourn the loss of all lives, American and Iraqi, civilian and military, in this senseless and wasteful war. National demonstrations marking this grim milestone, coordinated by American Friends Service Committee.

RSVP to let us know you'll be coming, or just show up. Invite your family and friends.

We'll provide signs with names of Iraqis and Americans who have died, candles, and black armbands.
