This board has grown

I've noticed that the Crown Heights board is seeing a lot more activity over the past six months or so. I remember when days would pass without a post, but that seems to be a thing of the past. Is this because more people are moving to the neighborhood, or is brooklynian.com more popular than ever? Any thoughts?

I think it's a bit of both. The neighborhood is definitely changing a lot lately, and lots of new folks are here, and I think a lot of the growth in this board is people like that seeking out online resources about their new home. I didn't start participating here until the PH board had already gotten pretty active, but to my understanding there was a long initial growth period there as well. It probably also helps that over the past couple of months DH has been building a relationship with the Brooklyn Record/Brownstoner folks as well.

I am glad for the new conversation. I've been pretty ghost for awhile, but when I came back I was like wow all the boards seem to be pretty active. And with a variety of conversation....
