What might the going rent be for this place?

Would love input as to what the 'going' rent might be for the following place:


Degraw and 5th Avenue. Gut renovated building. Around 900 sq ft. Large bedroom, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, brand new bathroom, reasonably sized office (that could be used as a guest bedroom - fits a double bed and a couple bits of furniture but is not large). Plus a second, very small room that could be used as a study or dressing room. No yard or yard access. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Pristine hardwood floors throughout and generally in an immaculate state. ??

i'd say about $1,800 would be a fair price depending on the landlord
--but caahyoko is probably more better right. $2,000 is probably more like it
and if you have a dog. add $200. per dog.

I'd say between $1,800.00 & $2,100.00. I hope these appliances are stainless.

Thanks guys. I'm asking because the apartment i described is the apartment I am currently renting. I was curious as to whether or not I'm paying "market" rent
