Ground broken on Washington between Fulton and Atlantic... right next to the Gothic looking apt building with all the scaffolding. Its got the blue wooden 'no tresspass' wall and a posted trailer. I'm always too lazy to go across the street to look for signs. Anyone know what this is yet?
