Is this Williamsburg or Greenpoint? Does anyone have any idea how the area around this intersection is? I know there are teh Cooper Park Houses across the street but I didn't find too much when I googled them or looked at 94th precinct crime stats.

Does anyone have any info on this nabe? I'm considering buying right there.

the zip is 11211 so tech its williamsburg (east), but growing up in the area, we always knew it as greenpoint. i grew up in cooper park houses. mostly families of course, its been many years so i dont know what its like now. on the other side of the complex is cooper park where theres a great dog run and just cool to chill in the better weather. feel free to email privately. -mike
