Circuit training in the area?
So I already searched a ton of previous threads about gyms and didn't find this mentioned anywhere.
Does anyone know of any places in the PH/CH/FG area that offer circuit training? I used to go to Curves when I lived in Park Slope and I really liked the staff and the workout, but when I moved I tried the one on Flatbush briefly, but found their hours were really limited and the staff at that location was very unfriendly. I also felt icky about it when I learned the owner of the company gives money to evangelical political causes, so I doubt I'll consider going back unless there are no other options.
It doesn't necessarily *have* to be a women-only place, but it would be nice -- I do feel much more comfortable in one than I do in a mixed gym. It's more important to me, though, to find some place that's affordable, offers hours that someone who works in Manhattan might be able to make regularly, and has clients of all shapes and sizes.
Thanks for any suggestions y'all might have.
Edited to add: Oh, and I know the Y on Atlantic has circuit training, but their hours are even more limited than the Curves on Flatbush -- they don't even have it every day.

I don't know if it's circuit training exactly, but you should check out the Boot Camp Fitness place on Flatbush, near Atlantic. I know the people who started it (they used to be trainers at Crunch). It seems like they are really creative and effective with their workouts. I think they are really good at what they do and it's something different than a regular gym.
