Looking to Share Rehersal Space

Hi All,

I'm looking into renting a small practice room at Flood Studios on 15th St.

I used to share a space there and it wasn't very expensive.

I'm hoping to find another guitarist (bassist,keyboardist, singer etc...) to share with.

I'm looking at a really small room, so I don't think it'd work to have a drum kit set up in there all the time, but I'm not entirely opposed to the idea.

Also, I'd like to share with someone who will keep the space relatively neat.
