Trying to move back to the hood, please help (apt to swap)

I'm looking to leave my nice shared 2bd apt in prospect/lefferts gardens, brooklyn, one block from express b/q trains and prospect park.

i'd like to move back to prospect heights, where i'd lived before moving here. my rent is $700 w/utilities (including hi speed internet and cable), for a nice bedroom w/closet & windows. elevator building, 6th fl, roof access. spacious apt, arched doorways, warm paint job/decor, eat-in kitchen with washer (!). very nice female roommate (older, asian, graphic designer).

Nothing wrong with the place, just need to change neighborhoods after a disastrous breakup with someone 3 blocks away. willing to pay up to $1k for similar setup in prospect heights/north slope (basically one stop over on the same trains). my own apt would be even better. i also rent an off-street/gated parking spot here, which would also be up for grabs (or trade).

please help me out if you can, it's really a nasty situation. thanks.
