where does prospect heights end and crown heights begins

I'm looking at apartments and Prospect Heights and am finding the boundaries nebulous. Any help?

Actual boundary: Washington Ave.
Realtor boundary: anywhere from Classon, to Franklin, to Bedford, to the Van Wyck, depending on the level of greed. :roll:
