guys, i have a slight problem in my new Brownstone apartment..

apparently there is some guy who loves sending links to this forum and it keeps me up at all times of the night! i mean, he pretends to engage ironically and critically with the nonsense concerns presented in the fora, but in reality keeps a perverse guilty love for people who wax philosophically about creaky pipes and vent large obese tracts against local coffee shops.

what's a man (or boy) like me to do? move to brooklyn, or should i move to new jersey? or maybe murray hill, which also seems cool...
