Why are the bathrooms at both Tea Lounges so fucking nasty?

I hear that!!! They smell worse than the subways!!!

The poor Tea Lounge. All they want is to provide free wifi and a delicious, quality product at a fair price and all we do is use the place as a punching bag.

Um, as far as the question at hand is concerned, the bathrooms are probably in rough shape because the help is too baked to clean 'em up.
