outdoor parking lots

I saw a previous thread asking about various parking lots (and seeing that the general cost is about $250 or so?).

I am wondering if anyone knows of a cheaper lot? We'd love to find an (outdoor) lot that is under $200--if at all possible close to $150--but not sure if that is a fantasy, even if we go east into Crown Heights. We'd love to suck it up and do alternate side parking, but with both my husband and I working day-hour jobs, it seems like an endless pain.

Any suggestions? Advice?
