i've been living in this building since july and I LOVE IT. my only complaint would be that it is a bit of trek to any subway line other than the G. if you learn to love the bus (the B38 in my case) you can cut down the 15 minute walk to DeKalb to 10 minutes. if you don't like being far from the trains this may not be the best place for you. but honestly, this building is awesome. the management is great, the building is in great condition, the door people are friendly. you're two blocks from all the nice restaurants on dekalb and right on the good part of myrtle. the associate supermarket a couple blocks east on myrtle is real nice to and fresh direct delivers as well. rent in my opinion also seems reasonable. it is a bit pricey for the area but for the amenities and quality (i don't think you can find anything else like this in the area, please tell me if you can) i don't mind paying. i love having people to pick up my packages, let people in, etc. very happy with my decision to live here.
