We're a couple looking for a room or an apartment top rent from April to May. We are quiet thirtysomething professionals (a nurse and a marketer), don't smoke, and one of us has lived in nyc for several years.
We aren't in the city yet but my brother can come visit. We have good credit and a guarantor, and will be willing to pay everything up front, cash or paypal.
