Escape the cold and have fun visiting the zoo, going to the circus and traveling leagues under the sea in the comfort of the yoga studio. Everyone will have fun while the children are exploring creative movement, enhancing neuromuscular development, coordination, muscle strength & flexibility. Parents will be stretching, strengthening, twisting & turning; but this class will really be a special opportunity to bond & relax as a family. Bring your 2 to 5 years, who knows we may even get to clown around, somersaulting and hanging upside down. Nobody will be able to say there aren’t monkeys in here!
