Renting in the Stuy!!

Hi - I am currently looking for a place btw Marcy Ave and Lewis..Everyone says that streets vary on price..is that true?? if so how much is the max u feel a 1BR goes for the in the area..not sure if I can go by craigslist since things tend to be overpriced. Where are other places to search and get quality apts in the Stuy besides craigslist.. tried local newspapers as well..but not as informative as i need it to be..

I own a few brownstones in bed stuy and stuyvesant heights . I get $1,375 - $1,425 for my 1 bedroom apts

at the same .. you do get what you pay for . My 1bedroom apts are all 700 + sq ft . original details , high ceilings , wood floors some have exposed brick .I pay for heat and hot water .All my places are within 2 - 3 blocks of trains .
