Carribean day transporation question - can I get out?

hi everyone -

so, this is my 1st parade here, and I need to get my 7 month pregnant self to manhattan for a 7pm mtg on monday night - I'm not interested *at all* in battling crowds (may tip over :roll:), so thought I'd call a car - I think the 2/3 will be more than I can handle..

now I'm worried that i won't ever be able to get out - I'm at Underhill and Lincoln.. shall I resechedule, or do you all think I should be ok? what time would you call the car to get to soho?

I hope I get out a little bit to scope out the action - it sounds amazing!!!
