I just got a newsletter from them (Move With Grace) About a 4 week express weekend self-defense workshop (the class meets on sunday afternoons, but they have a special where you can save $5 for every person you refer and signs up for the course. :shock:

Pretty good timing, since I was just reading the post on feeling safe in your neighborhood.

I have lived in this city (born and raised) for 25 years. I've been mugged, and assaulted on the subway before, not to mention harrassed many times. I took self-defense in high school. But i think it's time to brush up on my prevention skills.

I'm not scared of my suroundings, but you never know in this city (or world for that matter) Better to be prepared, but i'd like to see if anyone would like to sign up with me, so that we could save some cash!! Anyway, PM me and let me know by friday because that's when the late registration goes into effect.
