Forum tonite 3/1: the Past, Present Future of Park Slo

This Thursday, March 1st, the Park Slope Civic Council will present its 2007 Forum, "Where Goes the Neighborhood? The Past, Present and Future of Park Slope." A panel of experts will discuss our neighborhood's future, with a special focus on affordable housing, preservation, development and urban planning.
The Forum, which begins at 7:00 p.m., will be held at the Old First Reformed Church, at the corner of 7th Avenue and Carroll Street. For more info, please visit www.parkslopeciviccouncil.org.
What will the future bring? Can we as residents have anything to say about it? If so, can we agree on what that would be? The following panel of experts (list incomplete as of press time) will discuss neighborhood history, affordable housing, preservation, development and urban planning. Their presentations will be followed by a moderated discussion with the audience.
