46 Lefferts condo in Clinton Hill
Anyone know what's going on with 46 Lefferts new dev condo listed by Developers Group? Not one unit of 8 has sold in 3 months and the last several open houses have been cancelled.

It just switched to Corcoran's listings now. They kept the prices the same except for the duplex which they hiked up 50k. If it's not selling, raise the price. Corcoran logic.
