Best car service in area?
Can anyone recommend a good car service in the area? I just tried Blue (Atlantic and Court) for the first time over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised - a nice, new car with a courteous driver who knew the streets well. I paid $10 for a ride from Hoyt and Atlantic to Washington and Prospect, about a $2 premium over other services.
I had used Arecibo for a while but the quality of the cars had dropped so much that I've since given them up. (The straw that broke the camel's back was the airport trip I booked in which I was picked up in a early-90's Cutlass Cierra station wagon that reeked of garlic.)
I've liked Evelyn, however, I can rarely get through - it always goes to the music and then you end up holding for 10 minutes.
So - does anyone else have any recommendations?
Oh, and a side note - are you supposed to tip town car drivers? I always do (between 10% and 20%), but lots of people say that it's built in. Or, if you hail them on the street - should you tip them then? (It's probable that they're not reporting the fare to their company, anyways.)

See, Lambretta76, if you had gotten a Vespa instead of a Lambroken you wouldn't be needing a car service :-)

I've had pretty good luck with Legends. They always have coupons in those ridiculous blue Val-Paks. They are all town cars, so I imagine the prices are a few dollars higher than your regular station wagon car service, but the coupons might even it out. I've never had a problem with the car not showing up, and it's worth a few extra bucks for the comfy car.
And on principle, I don't use the car service on Court Street and Kane next to the Cobble Hill movie theatre. I'm mildly disgusted by the fact that their business card says "only American drivers!" (or words to that effect).
