Top bedroom in duplex apt on Prospect Pl and Franklin ave in Prospect Heights/Crown Heights... the S train is steps away, and the 4/5/2/3 train are about a 6 min walk. It's a brand new building. Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Gardens, Prospect Park all within walking distance.


The room itself is about 12 x 12, with two large windows, a walk in closet, and an attached private bathroom with shower. There is also FREE LAUNDRY.


You'll need to have a pretty high threshold for dogs and cats, as I have two of each... and there's often another dog or two running around as well. Very pet friendly apt!

If you have a dog or cat yourself, we can discuss (basically would need to be compatible with mine)


Rent is $800, and includes heat, hot water, cable TV (with HBO) and hi-speed internet. Electric is split.


I'm 31... male... non smoker (mostly, and probably would prefer a non smoker), meat eating.


The room is available immediately. First and last month required to move in.
