Ok so I am currently living on Carroll street and 5th in a 1bdrm rental, however im looking to upgrade to a 1 maybe 1 1/2 bedroom in park slope area for less for 400000....what do you all think? any advice you could give would be great or even recommend some brokers. my down payment cant exceed 30,000 which i know isnt much but im hopeful....
is hope lost??? please help ive never bought and im not sure how to proceed exactly.
