For some reason we're getting a flurry of real estate-related postings today. Please note that we have a separate forum for APARTMENTS and REAL ESTATE (scroll a ways down on the main page).

If you just want to know what the neighborhood is like or what a reasonable rent/price is, it's okay to post here. You might try reading the board and joining a discussion in progress - it's a common question. If you're trying to rent/sell a place or are looking to be hooked up with a new place to live, you need to post in the apartments section.
