Comedy tonight

Tonight there are two FREE* comedy shows in Prospect Heights and I'm in both of them.

FREDDY'S BACKROOM (Dean & 6th): Pat O'Shea hosts "Ed Sullivan On Acid" twice a month. Tonight I am on the bill with Amber Tozer, Claudia Cogan, Ray Rivera, Ritch Duncan and Sean Crespo.

RIPPLE (Washington & St. John's): Elon James White and Larry Bailey host Brooklyn Comedy Company's "Mainstage" every Monday. Rob Paravonian, Sven Wechsler, Tom McCaffrey and Lloyd Diamond join me on the bill tonight.

Both shows start at 9, so I'm going to do my set at Freddy's and then hurry over to Ripple.

*Free does not equal "crappy." While I've seen people cringe at the notion of a free comedy show, both shows tonight are going to be good. There are excellent comedians on both bills with major club and television credits. I have no credits but, FWIW, consider myself a funny guy.
