The next Brooklyn Writers Space Reading is less than week away: Tuesday, May 8th. Tony Dardis, Mark Jacobson, Albert Stern, and Susan Thomas are all reading their work -- you can check out their impressive bios below. 

We are down to our last two readings of the season, so don't miss out! The reading will begin at 7 p.m.

SUSAN GREGORY THOMAS
Susan Gregory Thomas is an investigative journalist and broadcaster.
Formerly a senior editor at U.S. News & World Report and co-host of
public television’s Digital Duo, she has also written for Time, the
Washington Post, Glamour, and elsewhere. She has two children,
five and three years old.

MARK JACOBSON
Mark Jacobson is a journalist currently employed by New York
Magazine. He's wriiten several books including 12 Miles In the
Nick of Time and the novel Gojiro. He is the host of the KGB Bar
Radio Hour.

ALBERT STERN
Albert Stern is a writer and monolguist who lives in Brooklyn. His
one-person shows, "Let Me Digress..." and "Well, I Hope You're
Happy," were staged at Westbeth Theater Center. His tale of New
York in the 1980s, "First They Came for the Dogs, But I Was Not a
Dog," recently appeared on the popular storytelling website Fresh
Yarn (www.freshyarn.com). He is
currently working on a third show, "All's Well That Ends."

TONY DARDIS
Tony Dardis teaches philosophy at Hofstra University. He writes mainly
on the mind/body problem, particularly issues about the causal relations
between the world and our perceptions and our choices. He has also
published articles in philosophy of language and on Rene Descartes.
