I agree that that dude basically looks like a douchebag--I don't think he's in on the joke. What is a "wankster"? I am familiar with the use of the term "wangst" to indicate masturbatory levels of uncalled-for self-pity, but I'm not sure what a "wankster" would be.

The overall general consensus on urbandictionary is that it is a person (sometimes a white person) who thinks they're a gangster and they're really just a poser. LIKE ME! 8)
