Development on Grand Avenue btw. Myrtle Park

Does anyone know what sort of development will be going in on Grand Avenue between Myrtle and Park?

Someone has cleared a large area of old garage space and warehouse space but nothing is going up yet. In fact that block of Grand Avenue seems slated for quite an influx of new residential development.

And that influx of new people into the neighborhhod is going to bring quite the dramatic change to that section of Myrtle Avenue and the surrounding area.
